There are serious concerns for a severely autistic boy who is missing from Sydney.
Authorities said 11-year-old Jacob Lavender may be travelling to Queensland with his biological mother in a blue 2006 Hyundai Elantra.
Officers searched the boy's Shalvey home yesterday, but were unable find him.
Jacob is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 120cm tall, with a thin build and brown hair.
When he was last seen, Jacob was wearing grey and black coloured boxer shorts with no shirt or shoes.
Anyone with information about his location is urged to contact Triple Zero.
