Teen shot dead in Miller, Sydney: 16yo boy killed in city’s west - NEWS.com.au

Detectives are hunting for a gunman after a teenage boy died in a shooting late Saturday night.

Emergency services were called to Cabramatta Avenue in the western Sydney suburb of Miller just after 11pm last night to reports of a shooting.

On arrival, paramedics and police found a 16-year-old boy with a gunshot wound to his chest.

Paramedics worked to revive the teenager but he was unable to be saved.

Officers from Liverpool Police Area Command have established a crime scene and commenced an investigation.

The teenager is yet to be formally identified.
