A toddler is dead after a tragic accident in the driveway of his home in Victoria’s north.
The one-year-old boy was hit by a Ford Falcon ute outside his family’s home in Tatura, 20km southwest of Shepparton, last night.

TODDLER CRITICAL AFTER PULLED FROM POOL
Emergency crews tried to save the boy after he was hit and knocked unconscious on the concrete driveway in Peter Ave shortly after 6pm.
Bystanders and paramedics worked on him, performing CPR, but the boy died at the scene.
The 29-year-old male driver, from Tatura, was not injured.
Police are treating the case as a tragic accident and will prepare a report for the coroner.
