Authorities are investigating reports of another mass fish kill along the Darling River in far western NSW.
Local Graeme McCrabb on Monday morning posted photos on social media of floating dead fish in the weir pool at Menindee, which he claimed to be "thousands" of bony bream.
"It's starting again," he wrote on Facebook.
The NSW Department of Primary Industries is sending officers to investigate, a spokeswoman told AAP.
