A third person has been charged with attempted murder after a young woman was allegedly thrown 30 metres from a bridge into the NSW Hawkesbury River on the weekend.
Police arrested a man in Windsor on Wednesday night after a 19-year-old woman told officers a group had kidnapped her and flung her off the Windsor Bridge in the early hours of Sunday.
The 22-year-old will face Penrith Local Court on Thursday on charges including attempted murder, aggravated robbery and wounding a person with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
A 17-year-old girl and 19-year-old woman were previously charged over the alleged kidnapping and murder attempt, with the 17-year-old also expected to face a children's court on Thursday.
