Police have charged a 25-year-old man over the fatal drive-by shooting outside Melbourne's Love Machine nightclub earlier this year.

Two people were killed and four others injured in the attack on the nightclub in Prahran, in Melbourne's inner south-east, on April 14.
Richard Arow, 28, and Aaron Khalid Osmani, 37, died in the days after a shooter opened fire from a moving car outside the club.
Police arrested a 25-year-old man in Epping, in Melbourne's north, yesterday and seized a handgun.
He has been charged with being an accessory after the fact to murder, possessing a firearm, stalking, making threats to kill and other offences.
It is the first arrest in the ongoing investigation, which has involved Victoria Police's anti-bikie Echo Taskforce and homicide squad.
Mr Arow's family gave an emotional plea for people with information to come forward earlier this month, as police released CCTV vision of a car they believed was involved.
On Tuesday, they released images of another car they believed was accidentally torched following the shooting.
Detectives are continuing to appeal for anyone with information to come forward.
The 25-year-old man is expected to face Melbourne Magistrates Court today.
