Police make arrest following deadly Prahran nightclub drive-by shooting - The Age

A 25-year-old man has been arrested as part of an ongoing investigation into a drive-by shooting that left two men dead and another four people injured outside Prahran's Love Machine nightclub in April.

Police arrested the man in Epping on Saturday morning and also seized a handgun during the execution of a search warrant.

The Epping man was subsequently interviewed by police and has been charged with accessory after the fact to murder, assisting the principal offender,  possessing a prohibited firearm, stalking, making threats to kill and other offences.

He will face the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on Sunday.

Security guard Aaron Khalid Osmani, 37, died at the scene of the shooting which took place just after 3am on Sunday, April 14, and patron Richard Arow, 28, died from his injuries days later. Four other people were injured.
