The Labor party is preparing to launch a court challenge over the election result in the crucial Melbourne electorate of Chisholm.
The Liberal party's Gladys Liu looks set to hold the seat for the Coalition, becoming the first Chinese-Australian to be elected to Federal Parliament.
But the Labor party, and fellow Chinese-Australian Jennifer Yang, aren't going down without a fight, alleging misleading campaign material was distributed during the campaign.
